NOR Renovations has been servicing the North Okanagan and Shuswap for over 30 years. We are your complete construction and renovation company specializing in deck renovation & construction, railings, roofing, siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, windows, doors and all things exterior. These also include metal & cloth awnings, roll shutters & screens, sun rooms, screen rooms and patio covers. Our equipment includes 2 compact excavators, bobcat and dump truck to handle your excavation, foundations and concrete work. Our staff includes Journeyman Carpenters and product specific certified installers all trained to their individual specialties. We can also take on that smaller interior renovation project that you may have been putting off.

• We are the exclusive dealer in the North Okanagan for Duradek™ vinyl decking which is one of the few vinyl products certified as a roofing membrane. If you wish for a drip through deck, we are well versed in cedar, treated wood or composite decking of all types.
• Our railing systems, supplied by Railcraft, are fully powder coated (not just the top rail) welded picket systems fully engineered and built for your specific application. The glass rail options include many optional varieties of glass not just clear. We have 13 standard colours available to choose from and 2 standard top rail profiles but don’t let that limit your imagination. If you have a specific request, we will try to make it happen.
• We use architectural fiberglass shingles from IKO roofing which has manufacturing plants in Canada and local company reps for your security and peace of mind – they don’t have to come from back East or the USA. If you do wish to use other brands, we are able to accommodate your choice. We also offer metal roofing, torch on membrane, Atlas mobile roof systems, and Duradek™ vinyl roofing membranes appropriate for every slope and style of roof for your home or business.
• Vinyl siding and aluminum soffiting is provided by Gentek or Kaycan depending on your colour choice or profile. We also specialize in JamesHardie and Certainteed composite siding. At the same time, we can install metal fascia and cladding or Smart Trim accents. And to finish it off we offer 5" continuous aluminum fascia gutter.
• For new windows, doors & patio door installations and Energy Star Rated efficiency, we have the expertise and Gentek window styles you are looking for. They offer low-E glass, argon filled and multi layer glass windows.
• We partner with AAA Aluminum for all of our aluminum patio covers, sunrooms & screenrooms to extend the enjoyment of your patio or deck. Custom built for your individual site requirements and engineered for local snow loads.
• Talius is our supplier for Roll Shutters & Habitat Screens™. Easy to see through and completely retractable, Habitat Screens™ create a cool, comfortable, insect-free environment without sacrificing your view. Strong, secure and durable, Talius rollshutters glide easily into place when you need them and retract into an overhead panel box when you don't. Manual or motorized controls ensure smooth, convenient operation and the rollshutters and frames can be tailored to harmonize with any exterior.
• As your one-stop exterior construction center, we can provide excavating services, building of foundations, driveways, sidewalks, and walkways.
