What Our Customers Say:
Very professional attitude, showed up on time (Very important to me), explained what has to be done , what created the problem in the first place – all options from start to finish.
Great company and great workers. All team players. Which makes it a better experience
Shuswap Vinyl Sundecks did an excellent job of repairing and resurfacing our veranda. The carpenter repairing the decking did such nice job and used quality materials. It was almost a shame to cover it over.
The vinyl crew was also excellent. The colour and quality of the product and the attention to detail of the installers are appreciated. We would certainly recommend NOR renovations.
We just had our deck covered in Duradek. The quality of the work was excellent. The installation was carefully finished with lots of attention to details. The information we received from NOR Reno was quick and accurate. We recommend.
NOR re-constructed my carport deck with a custom wood railing and roof. They did a phenomenal job on my house. It’s been 4 years now and I would hire them again for any renovation work.
I have had NOR put a new roof on my home several years ago. Great job. Last year they replaced all the soffits — another great job. Now I will have them do some gutters and downspouts on another building. Thanks, guys.
Recently had the deck and railings done at my house. Was very impressed with the crew. Workmanship was top notch. Most impressed by the time and care they took at the end of each day to make sure their mess was cleaned up so that my children didn’t find a nail or anything else that they could hurt themselves with. Len and Bill were available to answer questions whenever myself or husband reached out to them. Would highly recommend this company!
Recently hired NOR to complete a cedar roof conversion along with a patio cover. Couldn’t be happier! Great workmanship on both scopes of work. Travis was very helpful and responsive, and the field crews were very polite, professional and efficient!
Totally impressed with Jake and the amazing job he did on our deck. Way to go Jake!
Just wanted to say how very happy I was with everyone that came to my home to do work on the siding, roofing, gutters, decking etc. Way to go guys!!!!
Yesterday our Duradek was installed by a young man named Jake. We had visiting company and we all watched and marveled as our Duradek went on our two decks.
We all felt you are so fortunate to have such a meticulous, competent young man on your staff. He was thorough and worked steadily in a long day, never stopping until the decks were completed.
Jake had an innate sense of how to accomplish the task. It was such a joy to watch this pleasant young man as he worked. Our friends also commented on his work ethic and his pleasant manner and his commitment to a thorough job. Not always these days does one see such dedication to excellence. Our completed decks are lovely, and we are so pleased! Jake is a keeper and thank you for sending him to us.
Sam did an amazing job on the siding! Great to see quality workmanship!
Love our deck! We will recommend to whoever needs deck work. All the staff were great and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you very much.
The window installations went very smoothly today. Very impressed that Darren and John cleaned up, so you wouldn’t have even known they were there earlier. Thanks again for all your help with this project.
